It started with a growth consultancy in South Africa. The first formal attempt at systematising revenue diagnostics across client engagements. The framework was born_rough, but the bones were there.

Applied the approach to tech for the first time. International markets. Product-led growth. The methodology started translating beyond traditional business into the world where it now lives.
